Delete your account
Request deletion of your account and data, even if you no longer have the app.
If you have the app, you can also do it from Settings.
How it works
- Give us your account email.
- We send you a link to confirm.
- We delete everything within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile.
- Your chats, your private channel and what the AI remembers about you.
- If you’re in a couple, you’re unlinked and everything shared is deleted, for both of you.
What we keep
- Risk-related safety records, for the period set in the privacy policy.
- Payment data kept by Apple or Google, under their own rules.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
